- Join online meetings, manage audio settings (mute/unmute), use chat features, and share files
- Troubleshoot simple technical issues (e.g., checking Wi-Fi connectivity, restarting applications like Teams)

- Microsoft Excel - For spreadsheet work and data analysis
- Microsoft PowerPoint - For presentations
- OneDrive - Cloud storage (will be provided by the institution)
